2. Ragi Dosa (Finger Millet Dosa)

Dosa made of rice, you must have eaten a lot, but do try Ragi Dosa once. Since it is high in fiber, it is a great diet for diabetic patients.

3. Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera is commonly used to enhance the beauty of the skin, but sugar can also be controlled with its help. For this, mix aloe vera gel, roasted cumin, salt as per taste and mint leaves in a glass of water and drink it.

4. Kuttu Atta

Buckwheat is a gluten-free grain in which vitamins, minerals, and proteins are found in abundance. This is a healthy diet for diabetic patients. Kattu flour roti is usually eaten during the fasting of Navratri.

5. Black Gram
