3. Skipping breakfast

Skipping breakfast or having a late breakfast and not eating anything within 30 minutes of waking up may seem normal, but it can affect your energy and focus throughout the day. Eating breakfast late or skipping breakfast regularly will lead to weight gain and other health problems.
