How to diabetes with juice

When there is a sudden increase in the amount of sugar in the blood, our pancreas releases a hormone called insulin, which controls the amount of sugar. When this happens repeatedly, the risk of people getting type 2 diabetes increases. Health expert Dr Ajay says that there is no harm to our health if we drink only a fixed amount of juice daily.
