What Happens If You Reheat Tea: For us Indians, tea is no less than an elixir, if tea is not available then the day does not start at all, be it fatigue, headache, or cold, tea is a great way to get rid of all these. Option comes. Just say that tea is a Brahmastra to fight every problem. Some people like tea so much that they drink tea many times a day, but often we make a mistake while drinking tea, that is, we reheat the remaining tea and drink it. If you are among those people, then stop doing this from today itself. This can cause much damage to health.

This problem can be caused by heating tea again and again
The biggest disadvantage of heating tea repeatedly after making it is that it not only loses its taste but also destroys the nutrients present inside the tea completely. Drinking hot tea can cause problems related to digestion. Problems like vomiting and diarrhoea cramps can also be faced.

Microbial threat
If you leave the tea for a long time i.e. for 4 hours, during this time a lot of bacteria and germs enter the tea. In such a situation, if the tea is heated and drunk, then there is a danger of producing microbes in it. Milk tea is made in most houses, and due to this, the risk of microbial contamination increases a lot. On the other hand, if you drink herbal tea after heating it again and again, then even the nutrients get lost.

If you leave the tea for a long time and drink it after heating it again, tannins come out of it, due to which the taste of tea becomes completely bitter, it can also spoil the taste of the mouth.

Acidity problem
Consumption of stale tea greatly increases the production of acid in the intestines, such as heartburn and pain in the chest. It leaves a deep impact on the digestive system. The acidic properties present in tea increase the amount of acid in the stomach even more, due to which you may have the problem of constipation. People suffering from BP problems should avoid drinking tea after heating it, otherwise, it can increase blood pressure.

How to drink tea
Try to always drink fresh tea, if you heat it after 15 minutes of making tea, it does not cause much harm to the body. One should always make only as much tea as is finished in one go. Even though it is not advisable to reheat cold tea, it is possible for those who need to heat it. Keep your iced tea in a clean mug. Boil water in another vessel and keep the mug in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. This is called the 'double boiler' method.
