According to Dr VK Singh, the yellow-coloured Kaner flower is known as PeetKarveer or divine flower in Ayurveda. As is clear from the name itself, this flower is a miraculous medicine in itself, while its bark and leaves are also very beneficial for health. Their use provides relief from joint pain to skin problems. Let us understand in detail the medicinal properties of Kaner flower and its health benefits.

Helpful in preventing itching and ringworm

Anti-bacterial properties are found in the Kaner flower, due to which it proves helpful in providing relief from itching, ringworm and other skin-related problems. To use it, grind fresh Kaner flowers mix it in coconut oil and apply it on the infected skin. Apart from this, you can also apply Kaner flower by cooking it in coconut oil. In both ways it is beneficial for the skin, it can provide relief from the problem of ringworm and itching to a great extent.

Relief from acne and skin diseases

Due to anti-bacterial properties, the use of Kaner flower is also helpful to a great extent in getting rid of acne and skin-related diseases. For this, grind Kaner flowers and apply the paste on the face.

Kaner flower is also helpful in reducing unbearable pain during periods. For this, you can make a decoction of fresh flowers of Kaner and use it. Its consumption can provide relief from period pain to a great extent.

Kaner leaves can be very beneficial for those who suffer from joint pain in winter. According to our Ayurveda expert, one should grind Kaner leaves mix them with olive oil and massage the joints. Doing this provides relief from joint pain to a great extent.

Effective in providing relief from malaria

Antipyretic properties are found in the bark of Kaner, hence its use is effective in providing relief to a great extent in fevers like malaria. For this, a decoction is made by grinding the bark of Kaner and giving it to the patient for consumption.

Helpful in controlling hair fall

Kaner flower also works as a miraculous medicine for people suffering from hair fall problems. To use it, boil fresh flowers of Kaner and leave it to cool. When this water cools down, wash your face with it. You have to do this regularly for a week if within a week no side effects are seen and it seems to control hair fall. Then continue this experiment further until you get complete relief from this problem.

Before trying any of the remedies mentioned above, you must consult an Ayurvedic doctor, because many people may have skin allergy problems. At the same time, due to some compounds found in the Kaner flower, its consumption can also be harmful, which can lead to headache, vomiting and hyperkalemia.
