Ingredients needed to make amla candy-

Cumin 1.5 tsp

Powdered sugar 1.5 tsp

Amla 2 kg

Sugar 1.5 kg

Chaat masala 1.5 tsp

How to make Amla Candy?

To make amla candy, first, wash and clean the amla.

Then you put it in the cooker and put it for 1 whistle and turn off the gas.

After this, when they become cold, then you peel them.

Then cut the gooseberries into the shape of candy and keep them.

After this, spread the cut pieces of Amla on a plate.

Then you sprinkle sugar over them and cover them with a dry cloth.

After this, keep them covered with cloth for at least one or two days.

Then, with the help of a strainer, separate the juice of gooseberry by filtering it.

After this, you keep the amla candy dry for about two days.

Now your spicy amla candy is ready.

Then you can store and eat amla candy for several days.
