Green Momo Recipe: People love to eat momo. However, these are not good for our health as flour is used to make them which is harmful to our health. But momo lovers need not worry. We have brought you the recipe for making healthy green momos.

Ingredients:
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Flour - 1 cup
- salt to taste
- Oil - 1/2 tsp
- Noodles - 1 packet
- Cabbage - 1/2 cup
- Paneer - 1 piece
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Method :
- To make momos, first, wash and grind the spinach thoroughly.
- Then put salt in the ground spinach and knead the dough and keep it to set.
- Now heat a glass of water in a pan and make Maggi in it.
- When Maggi is ready, keep it cool down.
- Now wash the vegetables and chop them finely and fry them by adding some oil to a pan.
- As long as your Maggi has also cooled down, now put Maggi and all the vegetables in a deep vessel and mix well.
- Now mix finely grated paneer in this mixture.
- Your momo's stuffing is ready, now break the dough into small balls.
- After this, roll out their puris, fill them with stuffing and seal them.
- Now put water in a deep pot or cooker and boil it well and keep a sieve on top.
- Grease the sieve with a little oil so that the momos do not stick.
- Now put the momo on the sieve and cover the pot of water well.
- Keep in mind that steam does not come out of the vessel.
- Now let the momo cook in steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Your healthy and green momos are ready, now serve them with chutney. They are very tasty to eat and are also not harmful to health.
