These compounds stimulate many biological activities to help control free radicals in your body and reduce inflammation, which is a major side effect of obesity and causes many other diseases.

How does ginger help in losing weight?

The gingerols found in ginger have anti-obesity effects, helping to digest food faster and stimulating the body to speed digested food through the colon. Research suggests that gingerol also helps in stabilizing blood sugar levels which again helps in weight loss.

Ginger has been shown to help reduce body weight, reduce appetite, and increase the thermal effect of food or the calories you burn during digestion.

How to consume?

  • Add 1-2 thin slices of ginger to tea or lemonade. y
