The 11-day-long Ganpati festival starts on 19th September. Bappa will be present on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi. From houses to the Ganpati pandal, decorations have started. Preparations for the Ganpati installation have started in full swing. Now if we talk about the Ganpati festival and Bappa's favorite food is not included in it, then this festival is considered incomplete. Modak is Bappa's favorite dish. Therefore, Modak is offered in the worship of Ganapati. Although Modaks are made of rice flour or Mawa, instead of offering only one type of food during the 11-day festival, you can offer different types of Modaks and Laddu Bappa. This Ganpati, if you want to please Lord Ganesha, then offer different types of laddus to Bappa. Not only will Bappa be happy, but the devotees who receive the Prasad will also be happy. Here we are going to tell you about four types of laddus.

Four types of laddus
Modaks made of rice flour and mawa

Modak is most dear to Lord Ganesha. Although modaks are made in many ways, modaks made with rice flour mawa are traditionally made in every home in Maharashtra.

Motichoor laddus
Apart from Modak, Motichoor laddu can be offered to Lord Ganesha. It is also called Bundi Laddu.

Gram flour laddus
It is said that Bappa also likes gram flour laddus made with pure ghee. If you cannot make modak at home, then gram flour laddus made with ghee can be offered.

Sabudana Modak
This Ganesh Chaturthi, you can also offer a homemade sago modak to Bappa.
