Banana

Banana is known as an energy booster fruit. But bananas are high in carbohydrates and sugar, due to which bananas should not be eaten while following a keto diet. If you eat bananas while on a keto diet, then you do not get the result that you should get. You might not be aware, but a medium-sized banana contains about 27 grams of carbs.

Apple

Although an apple has been considered very beneficial in fruits, following the keto diet, apples should be consumed in very limited quantity or else you should stay away from it.
