* Ingredients needed to make Potli Samosa:

1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups

2. Potato - 4 large (boiled and mashed)

3. Dry pomegranate powder - 1 tsp

4. Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

5. Fennel - 1 tsp

6. Dry fenugreek seeds Leaves - 1 tsp

7. Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp

8. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

9. Red chili powder - 1 tsp

10. Oil - 2 tsp

11. Salt to taste

12. Oil - 1/4 Cup

13. Water - 1/2 cup (for kneading the dough)

* Easy recipe for making Potli Samosa:

1. For potli samosa, first of all, take a bowl.

2. After this, add flour, oil, salt, and carom seeds to it and knead the dough well by adding water as required.

3. Now keep the kneaded flour covered with a cloth for about 15-20 minutes.

4. After this, make small balls of the kneaded flour and roll them around.

5. Now put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.

6. After this, add 1 tsp coriander, fennel, and dry fenugreek to it.

7. Now fry all these things well for about 30 seconds.

8. After this you put 4 big boiled and mashed potatoes in it.

9. Now add salt, red chili powder, dry pomegranate powder, and garam masala powder.

10. After this, mix all these things well and fry them in oil.

11. Now keep the prepared stuffing aside to cool down.

12. After this, fill the potato stuffing inside the rolled flour and make it in the shape of a potli.

13. Now put oil in the pan and heat it for frying.

14. After this, put potli samosa in it and deep fry till it becomes golden.

15. In this way your crispy potli samosas are ready.
