* Ingredients required to make black gram dosa:
1. Black gram – 1 cup (boiled)
2. Rice – half cup (boiled)
3. Paneer – 1 cup (chopped)
4. Garlic cloves – 10 (chopped)
5. Ginger – 1 inch
6. Green chillies – 2 chopped
7. Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
8. Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
9. Green coriander – 1 teaspoon (chopped)
10. Ghee – 2 teaspoons
11. Water – 1 cup

* Easy recipe to make black gram dosa:
1. To make a black gram, first take out the gram in a bowl and clean it.
2. After this, put it in a jar, add gram, rice, and garlic, and grind it.
3. Now prepare the mixture by adding green chili, ginger, and some water to it.
4. After this, add red chili powder, salt, cumin, and dry mango powder. Prepare dosa batter by adding some water.
5. Now take it out in a bowl and then add green coriander and mix.
6. After this, apply some oil on a non-stick pan and keep it for heating.
7. Now when the pan gets hot, turn on low flame, spread the batter with the help of a spoon and after adding the cheese, cook the dosa until it becomes crispy.
8. After this, take it out on a plate and serve hot dosa with green chutney and coconut chutney.
