Ingredients required to make Chhena Sweets:
1. Maida - 2 spoons
2. Milk - one liter
3. Vinegar - 3 or 4 spoons
4. Sugar - 1 cup
5. Cardamom - 2
* Easy recipe for making chhena sweets:
1. To make chhena sweets, first boil the milk, after that turn off the gas.
2. After this you take water in a cup. Add vinegar to it. Now add vinegar water little by little to the milk.
3. Now when the chhena separates, filter it in a cotton cloth and take it out.

4. After this, keep this cloth along with the cheese in cold water. This will remove the sourness of the cheese. After that squeeze out the water slowly.
5. Now make sugar syrup. Keep water on the gas. Add sugar and cardamom to it. Boil both these things and prepare a syrup.
6. After this, now spread the chhena on a plate. Mash it with your hands, now make small balls by mixing flour in this cheese.
7. Now put the balls of chhena in the sugar syrup and when they become big in size, then understand that your chhena sweet is ready.
8. After this, keep this sweet in the fridge for some time.
9. After this, take them out of the fridge and serve them.
