* Ingredients required to make Bhojpuri Bharbhara:

1. Green peas - 2 cups

2. Gram flour - 2 tbsp

3. Onion - 1 (finely chopped)

4. Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

5. Garam masala - 1 tsp

6. Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp 2 tsp

7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

8. Salt - as per taste

9. Oil - 1/2 cup

* Easy recipe to make Bhojpuri Bharbhara:

1. To make Green Peas Bharbhara, you first put 1 cup of water and peas in the cooker and cook for 1 whistle.

2. After this, when the whistle comes, keep it cool down and keep it in a utensil and mash it well.

3. Now after mashing peas, add 1 chopped onion, half teaspoon garlic-ginger paste, half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, and mix it well.

4. After this, now add 2 spoons of gram flour, and salt as per taste and mix it well.

5. Now if water is needed then add 2 to 3 spoons and prepare the batter.

6. After this, put half a cup of oil in a pan and heat it.

7. After this, make cutlets or any other shape from the mixture and deep fry them.

8. After this, after frying from one side, turn the chilla and then bake it from the other side.

9. In this way, now your bharbhara is ready, which you can serve with green chutney.
