* Ingredients required to make Peanut Barfi:
1. Groundnut seeds - one cup
2. Thick milk - half cup
3. One bowl of sugar or jaggery - about 100 grams
4. Desi ghee - 4 to 5 spoons
5. Cardamom powder - a pinch

* Peanuts Easy recipe to make ice cream:
1. To make peanut barfi, first of all, soak the peanuts in water for about 3 hours.
2. After this, filter them and keep them in a mesh cloth or utensil to drain the water.
3. Now when it dries, grind the peanuts in a grinder, and a paste will be ready.
4. After this, heat desi ghee in a pan and fry the peanut paste.
5. Now fry it on a medium flame for about 10 minutes.
6. After this add condensed milk or mawa to it. Then cook milk and mava with peanuts well so that a thick dry mixture can be prepared.
7. Now when the golden-pink color starts appearing in this mixture, then remove it from the gas and keep it cool down.
8. After this, add about half a cup of water to the sugar in another vessel and boil it. Add cardamom powder to it. Keep stirring it and the syrup will be ready.
9. Now let the syrup thicken a bit, then add peanut mixture to it. If you want, you can also add dry fruits to it.
10. After this, spread some ghee on a plate or plate and spread the peanut mixture on it.
11. Now you keep it set. When it cools down, cut it into the shape of a barfi and serve it.
