Sharing the exercise video, he wrote in the caption, 'If your stomach has become loose and flabby then core strength is also important for most daily activities. Here are some simple exercises to build core strength as well as target fat burning around the abdomen.

She further wrote, "Fat reduction mainly comes from eating right and ensuring that your gut is functioning optimally." So by combining these two you can easily reach your goal.

Mountain climber

  • To do this, lie down on your stomach.
  • With the help of feet and hands, lift your body.
  • By doing this you will be in a plank position.
  • Then try to bring the right knee towards the left side chest.
  • Try to bring the left knee towards the right side chest.
  • You will feel as if you are jogging lying down.
  • If you are having trouble keeping your hands on the ground, then you can also do this exercise by placing your hands on a stool.
  • While doing this, try to keep the stomach pulled inwards.
  • Beginners can do 3 sets of 20 reps.

Bosu Ball Knee Tucks

  • Get into a push-up position on the ball and rest your feet on the ball.
