Paneer - 250 grams
Rock salt - as per taste
Potato - 3
Red chili - 1/2 tsp
Coriander - 1 cup
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 2
Khoya - 1/2 cup
Buckwheat flour - 2 cups
Almonds - 1 cup
Raisins - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cashew - 1 cup

Recipe
1. First boil the potatoes and grate the cheese.

2. Then add black pepper, buckwheat flour, red chili, green chili, coriander and khoya to the potato and paneer mixture.

3. Mix the mixture well and add finely chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to it.

4. Press the prepared mixture well and prepare koftas in the form of small balls.

5. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the balls one by one.

6. After turning brown, take out the balls in a vessel.

7. Your potato-paneer koftas are ready. Serve hot with mint chutney.
