  • Eating mushroom vegetables may cause stomach-related problems. As mushrooms are a fungus, some people may suffer from diarrhoea and vomiting after consuming them. Your digestion may deteriorate. If you are already suffering from digestive issues then you should avoid eating mushrooms.
  • One of the side effects of mushrooms is that they cause skin allergies. In some cases, eating it can cause allergies, causing symptoms like skin rashes and irritation. If you already have an allergy problem then you should avoid eating mushroom vegetables.

  • Eating mushrooms can make you go into a state of hallucination. There are many varieties of mushrooms, one of them is magic mushroom which is called wild mushroom, it contains psilocybin which is a naturally hallucinogenic compound.
  • Many people start feeling tired and sleepy after consuming mushrooms. The energy level was reduced significantly. Many people start showing symptoms of worry and anxiety after consuming mushrooms. Due to this one also has to face the problem of headache.
  • Mushrooms contain beta-glucans which stimulate immune function. Therefore, people with autoimmune diseases like arthritis, lupus, and asthma should avoid consuming it.
