Push-up exercise

You can do push-up exercises regularly to reduce your neck fat. Because this exercise is very useful for reducing body fat, doing it has more effect on the chest and neck, due to which the neck starts coming in shape.

How to do

  • To do this, you just have to keep both your hands and feet on the ground.
  • Then after this, you have to lift your whole body off the ground and straighten it.
  • Then you have to slowly lower your body from top to bottom like you do a normal pushup.
  • By doing this your neck fat will be reduced and your look will also look good.

Glute exercise

You can include glute exercises in your routine to reduce your neck fat. Because this exercise helps in relieving pain in your lower back and reduces neck fat. It is also helpful in strengthening and activating the glutes, which you can do very easily.

How to do

  • Bend at your knees and keep your feet hip distance apart.
  • Keep your feet about a foot away from your hips.
  • Relax your hands along your body with your palms facing down.
  • While exhaling, bring your feet closer to your hips.
  • Hold this position for 10 seconds and then move them away from your hips.
  • Do this exercise daily for some time.

Bhujangasana

You can include Bhujangasana to reduce your neck fat. Because it also has many physical benefits, which many people also know as Cobra Pose. By doing this, not only the fat of the body will be reduced but the shape of the neck will also be reduced.

How to do

  • To do Cobra Pose, lie down on your stomach.
  • Then bring both your hands near the chest.
  • During this, keep your elbows on the side of the ribs.
  • After doing this, lift your chest upwards and take a deep breath.
  • Then you move the head backwards while rotating the shoulders.
  • Finally, while exhaling, move your chest down. Repeat this process.
