How to do-

  • To do this, stand facing the wall.
  • Place your hands on the wall.
  • Try to bring the chest closer to the wall by bending the elbows.
  • Then come to the first position and repeat this exercise 12 to 16 times.

climber

climbing is a full-body workout. By doing this daily, you can easily lose weight. By doing this with the help of a wall, the fat of the arms is also reduced.

Method to prepare and apply

  • To do this exercise, stand with the support of a wall.
  • Tighten your core muscles and place your hands on the wall.
  • Keep one of your feet forward on the ground.
  • After this, bring this foot to the starting position.
  • Then do the same process with the other leg.
  • Do this exercise in 15 to 20 reps and 3 to 5 sets.

Wall Glute Bridge

This exercise activates the muscles of your hips. Due to this, you do not feel the tension in the hips. Also, it helps you in reducing weight and belly fat.

How to do-

  • To do this exercise, lie on your back on the ground and place your hands on the mat.
  • Keep your feet facing the wall.
  • Lift the hips from the upper body keeping only the shoulders, arms and head on the ground.
  • Do this exercise in 15 to 20 reps and 3 to 5 sets.

Wall sits

Wall sits help your body burn fat. Doing this exercise helps in reducing weight. Also, doing this reduces the fat of the thighs and hips.

How to do-

  • To do this, stand with your back to the wall.
  • Feet should be shoulder-width apart and 2 feet away from the wall.
  • Slowly bend the knees and bend the body and come to the chair-like position.
  • Make a 90-degree angle between the legs with the knees.
  • Keep the neck and head straight in this position.
  • Now spread the hands towards the front.
  • Stay in this position for 15-20 seconds.
  • Then stand straight and rest for 10-12 seconds.
  • Do this exercise in 15 to 20 reps and 3 to 5 sets.
