Balasana can prove to be helpful to reduce your bad posture and increase waist fat. By doing this regularly, not only will your bad posture correct but your extra fat will also be reduced. You can do this with the help of the steps mentioned below.

How to do?

  • To do this, sit in the posture of Vajrasana and take a long breath.
  • Then move both hands upwards in the line of the head, but keep in mind that both hands are not to be joined.
  • Now while exhaling, move forward and keep the palms on the ground.
  • Keep both your hands straight on the ground. Then keep the head on the ground and repeat this posture.
  • You can do this yoga asana in the morning.

Cat cow stretch exercise

You can also do the cat-cow stretch exercise instead of Balasan because doing it is not only easy but also effective. You have to do this exercise every morning and include it regularly in your routine. Let us tell you that by doing this your muscles get stretched and the posture of the body also improves.

How to do?

  • To do this, you sit in the cat's posture, that is, come on your hands and feet.
  • Now while exhaling, move the head towards the chest and raise your waist upwards.

Bridge pose exercise

You can incorporate bridge pose into your exercise routine. This yoga calms the mind and relaxes the body so that you do not feel tired. Also, it is considered very useful for straightening the waist. If you sit for hours, then do this yoga in between because it will give you flexibility in the body.

How to do?

  • To do this, lie on your back and bend your knees and keep your feet straight on the floor.
  • But keep the knees apart from the width of the hips and try to stretch the ankles and hips.
  • If your body is flexible, you can hold on to the ankles or keep the palms facing down at the sides.
  • Now while pressing the feet and hands from the floor, inhale and lift your hips and chest upwards.
  • Simultaneously, try to lift the spine off the floor while bending your back.
  • Make sure your shoulders and head are touching the floor. Now stay in this pose for a few seconds.
  • Now exhale and slowly lower your hips towards the ground.
  • Repeat the asana at least 4-5 times. You will feel better after a few days.
