Tomato-

Tomatoes are high in antioxidants and packed with lycopene. It can help in making the skin better. You should include it in your diet in the form of smoothies which can improve your skin tone.

Papaya-

Another very good food for skin care is papaya which keeps your face clean and acne-free. Papaya contains papain which is a type of digestive enzyme. This enzyme is so effective that it also removes dead skin cells easily. It can prove to be very good for acne scars, skin moisture and clogged pores.

Carrot-

Vitamin A is present in carrots and it can prove to be very helpful for sunburn, ageing skin and wrinkles. Vitamin A gives a healthy shine to your skin.

Dark chocolate-

Cocoa powder contains antioxidants and dark chocolate is good for your skin. Keep in mind that we are talking about dark chocolate, not sweet chocolate, which is good for the blood circulation of your skin. Chocolate that contains 70% cocoa is better.

Cucumber-

Cucumber is a water-loaded food which is very healthy for the skin. It keeps your skin hydrated and cool. It protects your skin from acne and UV radiation. It also protects the skin from wrinkles and tightens the skin. It protects the skin cells from damage.

Beetroot-

If you want healthy and clear skin, then purple and dark pink coloured vegetables can prove to be very beneficial. It is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Calcium and Magnesium.

Spinach-

Green leafy vegetables are rich in nutrients that promote health. This is very important to protect your skin from UV damage and to increase the brightness of the skin. Its antioxidant properties are useful to protect against many types of skin issues.

Green tea-

Green tea is also rich in antioxidants which help in making the skin clear. It is very good for removing toxins from the body. Green tea also has anti-inflammatory effects.
