Here's a tasty Masala Bread Toast recipe that's perfect for a quick and flavorful snack:

Ingredients:

For the Masala:

2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped

2 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped

1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons oil

For the Bread Toast:

Slices of bread (white, brown, or whole wheat)

Butter or ghee, for toasting

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook the masala for a few minutes until the spices are well incorporated.

Add finely chopped green chilies and mix.

Once the masala is cooked and well blended, turn off the heat. The masala for the toast is ready.

Take a slice of bread and apply butter or ghee on one side.

Spread a generous amount of the prepared masala on the non-buttered side of the bread.

Place the masala-side of the bread on a preheated skillet or tawa over medium heat.

Toast the bread until it's golden brown and crisp on the bottom.

Apply butter or ghee on the top side of the bread and flip it over.

Toast the other side until it's golden brown and crisp.

Once both sides are toasted and the bread is crispy, remove it from the skillet.

Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and masala.

Serve the Masala Bread Toast hot as a snack or breakfast option.
