How to make Mango Chutney

Ingredients

Raw Mango chopped – 1

Fenugreek seed – 1/4 tsp

Mustard – 1 tsp

Kalonji – 1 tsp

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Ginger – 1/2 tsp

Cumin – 1 tsp

Saunf – 1 tsp

jaggery - 1/4 cup

chili flakes - 1/2 tsp

garam masala - 1/2 tsp

oil

Salt - as per taste

How to make Mango Chutney -

To make Mango Chutney, first heat the oil. After that add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, and a pinch of asafoetida and cook it. When the spices start to smell, then lower the flame and put raw mangoes in it and cook them for 2 minutes. Now add turmeric, chili, ginger and salt as per taste and mix it and cook for a minute. Now put a cup of water in the chutney and boil the mango till it becomes soft. Then add jaggery to it and let the mixture thicken. Now add garam masala, and chili flakes to the chutney and let it cook. Now you can serve this chutney by garnishing it.
