Material
Paneer - 300 grams
Fenugreek seeds - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 1
Rice - 5 cups
Refined oil - 1 cup
Green coriander - 1 cup
Onion - 2
Urad Dal - 3 cups

Method
1. Firstly soak rice and urad dal for 5-6 hours.
2. Soak fenugreek seeds in a vessel and keep them.
3. When all three ingredients are well soaked, prepare a paste of all these things.
4. Add salt to the paste. Add salt and keep the paste for 8-9 hours.
5. After this, grate the cheese and cut the onion and keep it in a vessel.
6. Then add paneer, onion, coriander, and green chilies.
7. Spread the prepared dal paste in a pan.
8. Apply oil on the edges of the paste. Add the prepared paneer mixture.
9. Cook the dosa till it turns brown from both sides.
10. When the dosa turns brown from both sides, take it out in a vessel.
11. Your dosa is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
