On the 9 days of Navratri, the devotees of the mother keep fast for 9 days along with worshiping her. To have fruit in this fast, people mostly eat dumplings made of buckwheat flour. But if you are bored of eating Kuttu dumplings every Navratri, then make a little change in this Navratri test and make Tasty Kuttu Dosa. Let's know what is the recipe.

Ingredients to make Kuttu Dosa-
For potato filling-
-3 boiled potatoes
- Ghee for frying
-1/2 tsp rock salt
-1/2 tsp red chili powder
-1/2 tsp ginger, chopped

How to make Dosa-
-5 tbsp buckwheat flour
-1/2 tsp arbi
-1/2 tsp rock salt
-1/2 tsp ajwain
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp chopped green chili
-Ghee
-Celery

How to make Kuttu Dosa-


To make potato filling, first heat ghee in a pan, add potatoes, and mash them. Now add all its spices and mix well. Fry this mixture for a few minutes till it turns light brown and keeps it aside. Now to make dosa, mash the arbi in a bowl, add flour, water, and rock salt and mix it well. Now add ajwain, red chili powder, ginger, and green chili and mix it once again. Make a smooth batter by adding water to this mixture.

Now take a flat pan and apply ghee to it. With the help of a ladle, spread the dosa batter on the pan. After cooking the dosa for some time, put some ghee on its edges and cook it. Doing this will make the dosa crispy. Now let the dosa cook from the other side as well. Now put the filling in the middle of the dosa and fold it. You can serve this fast dosa hot with mint or coconut chutney.
