Eat less 'cheesy' things

A 12-week study of 162 people found that eating 80 grams of full-fat cheese per day was associated with an increase in cholesterol levels. Doctors say that these types of greasy things can increase the amount of lipids in the blood.

Cake-ice cream, cookies are also harmful
Cookies, cakes, ice cream, pastries, and other sweets not only increase the risk of diabetes, but they can also be at risk of cholesterol. Apart from this, they are also high in added sugar, unhealthy fats, and calories, which have many disadvantages ranging from weight gain to heart disease. Consuming too much of these foods can have negative health effects, such a diet is harmful to heart health.

Fried foods are the biggest danger
Excessive consumption of fried foods like french fries, samosas, fritters, etc. is considered to increase the problem of cholesterol. This is because they are high in calories and high in trans fat, which can increase the risk of heart disease. Also, high consumption of fried foods is associated with a higher risk of heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.
