Disadvantages of drinking tea in a disposable cup
Let us tell you that plastic contains deadly chemicals like nitrosamine and bisphenol which can seriously spoil your health. When you add hot tea or coffee to it and drink it, the microplastic particles start dissolving in the tea and they enter our body along with the tea, that is, you are unknowingly eating plastic. These plastic particles can accumulate in the intestines, causing damage to the digestive system. This can cause diseases like diarrhoea. Apart from this, kidneys can also be damaged. One should not use such cups or glasses even by mistake during pregnancy as it affects the health of the child. People who use disposable cups daily are at greater risk.
Given this danger, paper cups came into the market. To avoid the problem, people started using paper cups instead of plastic, but you will be surprised to know that paper cups also contain plastic. To make these cups, a layer of hydrophobic film is usually applied which is made of plastic. The chemicals in paper cups can also cause accumulation of toxins in the body. This hurts your overall health.
