To make stuffed tandoori potatoes, take potatoes, grated cheese, curd, gram flour, turmeric, coriander, green chilies, red chili powder, chaat masala, raisins, cashews, ginger paste, lemon, oil, and salt as per taste.

To make stuffed tandoori potatoes, first, peel the potatoes. Now cut the upper part of the potato and empty the upper surface with the help of a scooper. Make all the potatoes hollow from the inside of all the potatoes you are making. After that put them in clean water and leave them for some time. Now take out the potatoes from the water and wipe them well. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame, put potatoes in it, and fry them well. When the potatoes are fried well, take them out of the oil and keep them on a plate. Now fry the scooped out potato pulp in oil and keep it in a separate plate.
Now put 2 spoons of oil in a separate pan and add chopped green chillies and ginger and fry on medium heat. After this add finely chopped cashews and raisins and fry them. After this, take it out on a separate plate and keep it. Now add grated paneer and scooped fried potatoes to this mixture and mash it well. Add salt, green coriander, and chaat masala to this mixture as per taste and mix well.
Stuffing in potatoes
Now your stuffing is ready. Now take a fried potato and fill it with the prepared stuffing and press it well with the help of a spoon. After this, fill the stuffing in all the potatoes one by one. After this, add curd, ginger, gram flour, chili paste, red chili powder, turmeric and other spices, and a tablespoon of oil in a vessel and mix. After this, apply the marinade prepared from this mixture to the potatoes and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now take another seekh and take it out from inside the potato, apply a lemon slice and another potato, and place it on top of the tray. Now prepare the remaining two-three potatoes in the same way and bake them in the oven. Now your delicious stuffed tandoori potato is ready. You can serve it with green chutney.
