Drink lukewarm water half an hour after eating.
According to experts, whenever you eat sweets or anything heavy, drink lukewarm water after half an hour. With this, whatever you eat gets easily digested. It is difficult for the body to digest sweets, and apart from this it also has a direct effect on insulin levels and causes blood sugar spikes. But if you drink lukewarm water, it will help in breaking down the food and digesting it properly and will have less effect on weight.
Be mindful of the quantity
Experts say that if you want to keep your weight under control while eating sweets, then it is most important that you eat sweets within the limit. Do not eat more than 1-2 pieces of sweets a day. Apart from this, you should prefer sweets made from Chhena. Try not to eat sweets at night.
