Do you always feel tired?

Do you not feel fresh in the morning even after getting a good night's sleep?

Do you always feel weak?

If the answer to all these questions is yes, then you need to be careful. It is normal to feel tired in the evening after a day's work, but always being tired is a sign of some disease or nutritional deficiency in the body. It also indicates that your diet is not right. The amount of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that the body needs are not reaching your body. Feeling tired should not be ignored; rather attention should be paid to the reason behind it and the ways to overcome it.

Dietician Manpreet has shared information about this from her Instagram account. Let us tell you for what reasons you feel tired and with which superfoods it can be overcome.

Always feeling tired

  • One of the major reasons behind feeling tired all the time is iron deficiency in the body. When the iron level in the body is low, the body has to work harder to transport oxygen. Due to this the energy level in the body decreases and fatigue is felt.
  • Changes in thyroid levels are also a reason for feeling tired. Metabolism slows down when you are hypothyroid. Due to this energy production is reduced and weakness can come.
  • You may also feel tired if you are deficient in the B complex vitamins. When the level of B vitamins in the body is low, there is less RBC production. This affects the supply of oxygen in the cells.

These things will reduce fatigue

  • To overcome fatigue, it is necessary to have the correct thyroid level in the body. For this, drink ginger water for 30 minutes before eating. It helps to boost the immune system and protect the thyroid gland.
  • Banana is a good source of energy. Eat a banana around 11 am as a mid-meal. Take some sunflower and pumpkin seeds along with it. It will also help you in increasing the level of Vitamin B complex in the body.
  • Wake up in the morning and consume amla and beetroot juice. The amount of iron in beetroot is high. It must be taken when the iron level in the body is low.
  • Amla is also rich in Vitamin C. Drinking this juice increases iron absorption in the body.
