Everyone likes to eat mango chutney in the summer season. You can also try this chutney with this easy method.

Material :
4-5 ripe mangoes, 2-3 tsp sugar, salt as per taste, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder

Method :
Mix well the mango pulp and sugar in the jar.

Now tie it in a cloth and dry it in the sun for 2-3 days.

Then add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala to it.

- Mango chutney is ready, fill it in a clean box and keep it.
