It is a natural herb, which helps to overcome many types of problems. You will get it easily in the market. The most effective remedy is to consume cumin seeds with water on an empty stomach in the morning.

It is the biggest myth that eating potatoes makes you fat. But it is not so at all. You should eat potatoes when your periods are late.
