Sarvangasana increases blood circulation in your skin. Because of this, the skin looks glowing and beautiful. Along with this, it is also beneficial for dark circles under the eyes.

Follow these steps
First of all, lie down straight. Now lift both legs together from the waist upwards.
In this state, raise the hands and hold the waist and push the body as high as possible.
Now touch your chest with your chin. During this try to keep the neck strong.
Remain in this pose for a few seconds. If you feel more pressure on the neck, then come back to the normal posture.

2. Paschimottanasana
This asana helps reduce stress, anxiety, headache, and fatigue. Along with this, this asana helps in getting rid of problems like high blood pressure, and insomnia. If these problems persist for a long time, they can give rise to dark circles.

Do Paschimottanasana with these steps
First of all, sit on the ground by spreading both legs straight. Keep both legs close to each other and keep them completely straight. Along with this, keep the neck, head, and spine straight.
Now tilt your head and torso forward. During this, without bending your knees, try to touch the toes with the fingers of the hands.
Stay in this pose and take a deep breath, then exhale slowly. While bending your arms, try to touch the ground with your elbows.
Exhale completely and stay in this pose for some time. Come back to normal posture after a few seconds. Repeat this asana at least 4 times.

3. Shavasana
Shavasana pose is one such pose that keeps you calm from the inside and helps in relieving stress. Along with this, it increases the blood circulation of the whole body, due to which many types of health problems do not occur and at the same time the flow of blood reaches the skin completely. At the same time, the skin remains free from glowing and dark circles.

Do Shavasan with these steps
Lie down on the back and keep the hands at a distance from the body in a stable position.
Maintain a distance of one foot between the feet as well.
Keep the fingers and palms in the upward direction. Adjust the head to the right posture according to yours.
Now close your eyes slowly. Then inhale slowly and exhale slowly.
In Shavasana, an attempt is made to keep every part of the body tension free. So that the body parts can get maximum rest. This mudra is also beneficial for mental health.

4. Facial exercise is also important
Fill the mouth with lukewarm water. Keep it like this for some time. This will create stretching in both cheeks. This will increase the blood circulation in your entire face which will be beneficial for dark spots under your eyes. Also, it will help in reducing wrinkles, fine lines, etc.
