Empty stomach (8:00)

You have to start the morning with chia seeds and water. For this, after waking up in the morning, first, soak 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a cup of water. Then drink it after half an hour. Omega 3, calcium, fibre, protein and antioxidants are present in these seeds. Soaking chia seeds in water and drinking it detox the body and improves digestion. Apart from this, these seeds are very beneficial in removing problems related to skin and hair.

Mid-Morning (8:15)

When you drink chia seeds water, after 15 minutes you have to take 5 soaked almonds and 2 walnuts. Soak both these things in some water overnight. Both of these are rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. In addition, the omega-3 fatty acids present in it improve heart health, keep blood sugar under control and strengthen immunity.

Breakfast (9:00)

Eat 1 sprout sandwich for breakfast in the morning. Sprouts contain many types of amino acids apart from vitamins A, B, and C. By the way, sprouts can be eaten like this too, but carbohydrates are also needed to fill the stomach, so make a sandwich and eat it. This gives you instant energy.

Midmeal (12.00)

Although your stomach will be full after eating breakfast, in the meantime if you feel like eating something, then you can take fruits like papaya and pomegranate mixed with seeds like flaxseed, pumpkin etc. This will strengthen immunity and help in weight loss.

Lunch (2:00)

You have to take 2 rotis, vegetables, pulses, curd and salad for lunch. At this time you will have to eat a lot because, in this diet plan, only light food is to be eaten at night.

Tea Time (4.00)

You should take Shatavari tea after 2 hours of having food. It will not only help in reducing weight, but it will also strengthen immunity. Apart from this, it also improves digestion and metabolism.

Evening Snacks (6:00)

If you are feeling a little hungry in the evening, you can have black gram chaat as a snack. Elements like vitamins A, B, C, and D, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, protein etc. are found in black gram. Apart from this, the amount of iron in it is also very high. Eating this removes anaemia in the body and it is also a panacea for the problem of constipation. Due to the presence of protein in the gram, the energy level in the body also remains correct.

Dinner (8:00)

You have to have dinner by 8 pm. Since our body does not do much activity during the night, therefore the dinner should be light. You have to eat 100 grams of Paneer Tikka for dinner. To lose weight, a diet with more protein and fewer calories should be taken. Paneer is best for this.

Protein takes longer to digest than carbohydrates. That's why taking a protein-rich diet does not cause hunger quickly. My stomach feels full for a long time. Make paneer at home for paneer tikka, as market paneer is high in sodium, which can lead to water retention.

Along with this diet plan, drink a sufficient amount of water throughout the day. Exercise for some time and get at least 7 hours of sleep at night.
