You can easily make this recipe at home by preparing this recipe with easily available ingredients like bread slices, curd, paneer, and a mixture of spices. Ingredients for making curd

Sholay - 1/2 cup hung curd

3 tbsp chopped onion

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp dried mango powder

3 tbsp coriander leaves

1 cup paneer

3 tbsp chopped capsicum ( Green chili)

1 teaspoon red chili powder

salt as required

6 slices bread slices

Method of making curd Sholay-

Take a bowl.Add paneer and hung curd.Now add chopped onion, capsicum, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur, and green coriander to it. Mix well to make a mixture. Now take bread slices and cut off the edges. Use a rolling pin and roll the bread slices into a cheese sheet. Now put 1-2 tbsp stuffing in the center of the bread slices and bring all the edges together. Add a few drops of water and make a small ball. Press gently to seal the ball. Make more stuffed balls like this. Now heat oil in a pan and put stuffed balls in it. Deep fry them till they turn golden brown. When crispy, take them out on a plate and serve with chutney and chutney.
