  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Dry ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make-

  • Make a powder by grinding all the things well.
  • Take it with warm water just before a meal.

Cumin Seeds for Indigestion
