Ingredients for making cucumber juice-
You need 2 cucumber, 1/2 inch piece ginger, 1/4 slice lemon, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp mint, black salt as per taste, 1 tbsp honey, 2 cups water
How to make cucumber juice?
To make cucumber juice, first, wash the cucumber thoroughly. Then cut it into pieces and keep it separately in a bowl. After this, finely chop the chives, coriander leaves, and mint leaves as well. Then you cut the lemon and keep a quarter of it to make juice. After this, put cucumber pieces, green coriander leaves, and mint in the mixer jar. Then put chopped ginger and a whole piece of lemon in the mixer jar. After this, add 2 cups of water to it and prepare the juice by grinding it. Then filter it in a serving glass and take it out. Now your healthy cucumber juice is ready. Then add honey and black salt as per taste and serve it.
