If you want to eat crisp and salty with tea in the evening breakfast, then try green gram kebabs.

Ingredients
1 bowl green gram, 4-5 spinach leaves, 2 mint leaves chopped into pieces, finely chopped coriander, 1 t spoon ginger-garlic paste, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp roasted cumin, 1 t spoon red Chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 cup rice flour, lemon juice

Method :
-First, prepare a smooth paste of gram dal in the grinder.

Now add all the ingredients to it and add salt as per taste.

- Then prepare balls with this paste.

- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry all the kebabs until crispy and golden.
