Here's a recipe for delicious Corn Kebabs:

Ingredients:

2 cups sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons cornflour

Oil for frying

Instructions:

If using fresh corn kernels, cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until they are tender. Drain and set aside. If using frozen corn kernels, thaw them as per package instructions.

In a mixing bowl, add the cooked corn kernels, mashed potatoes, chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and cornflour. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval-shaped kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the kebabs in the pan, a few at a time, without overcrowding.

Fry the kebabs until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Flip them gently to ensure even cooking. Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.

Repeat the frying process with the remaining kebabs.

Serve the corn kebabs hot with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or tomato ketchup.
