In this season, you just go out once. From 10 in the morning to 6-7 in the evening, there is a feeling of heatstroke. If something is drunk in the morning itself, which will give freshness and coolness to your body throughout the day, then it will be good. There are many such drinks in Ayurveda that you can consume daily. Things present in your kitchen can be used to make these drinks.

Ayurvedic doctor DeekshaBhavsar (BAMC) has shared some details related to this on Instagram. They say that if coriander water is drunk with sugar candy early in the morning, it reduces the burning sensation in any part of the body. This means if you are having hot flashes, a burning sensation during urination, a burning sensation in your hands and feet, an acidity problem, or a burning sensation in your stomach, then it can prove to be very good for you.

There is a problem of excessive thirst, or even if the body remains dehydrated, it can be beneficial. According to DrDiksha, it is necessary to cleanse all the channels of the body.

How to make this Ayurvedic cooling drink

  • Take 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds. You don't have to roast them but crush them a bit.
  • Now add about 1 cup of water to it.
  • Let it soak overnight.
  • The next morning, filter it with a little sugar candy and drink it on an empty stomach.

Why is it beneficial?

Doctor Diksha says that it is good for all three doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). It is not only mild but it also acts as a medicine. It is not very tasty to drink, but it is very beneficial. It improves the digestive properties of your body.

In what quantity to drink this drink?

Drink only 40-50 ml on an empty stomach. Yes, taking sugar candy or not is optional. You can also take it 2-3 times a day, but in this case, only take 10 to 30 ml. The dosage for the whole day should not exceed 50 ml.

Instead of drinking it once, drink it sip by sip.

For how long should it be taken?

If you start drinking it today, you can drink it for the next 6 to 8 weeks.

For what things would it be beneficial?

Coriander water can prove to be very good for dehydration. Along with this, it is beneficial for burns, bile problems, indigestion problems, abdominal pain problems, fever, stomach worm problems, pregnancy-related disorders, etc.

Do not change your diet without expert advice

Although such Ayurvedic remedies are beneficial for all things, if home remedies do not suit you, then first consult a doctor. Not everyone's body is the same and health conditions are very different. In such a situation, before making any major changes in your diet, do talk to the doctor. You should start with 10 ml in the beginning and gradually increase its quantity so that your body gets used to it.

If diarrhoea, cold cough, abdominal pain or any other kind of problem is understood after drinking it, do not take it and contact the doctor.
