Tadiandmol
Recognized as one of the highest peaks in the Karnataka region, this hill is blessed with dense forests and fresh air. It is at an altitude of about 5,700 feet, so a fairly long distance can be covered for trekking. On the way, waterfalls and coffee and pepper plants will also welcome you. Due to being at a height, the view of the surrounding becomes even more beautiful from here and this is the reason that people come here in large numbers for photography as well.

Pushpagiri
Especially famous for the Wildlife Century, this hill attracts everyone with its beauty. A wide variety of birds are present here, so it is a great option for bird watching. The view from the Kumara mountain here is the most charming. The river emanating from its top and the lush green forests are like a feast for hiking enthusiasts. This is the reason that not only people from nearby but also from many parts of the country and abroad come here for trekking.

Brahmagiri
Herds of elephants frolicking in the river and beautiful birds will compel you to stop and spend time with them on the way. This is also a wildlife sanctuary and if you are lucky, you can easily spot other large animals roaming the route. Apart from this, there are forests full of dense trees and fields full of greenery. Many small waterfalls will fall on the way and the special attraction of this place is Thirunellai Temple and Iruppu Falls. The adjoining caves at Pakshipatalam present a fascinating picture of both mystery and history.

Travel time and cost
Coorg can be visited from October to April. Since this place is full of greenery, water, mountains, and forests, summer holidays can be especially enjoyed here. If you are going for trekking, there are camps at the base of every hill along with other necessary facilities, for which you have to pay according to the facilities.
