1 cup grated mixed vegetable gourd
and Cabbage 3/4 cup base
1 tsp green chili chopped
1/4 tsp ginger paste

1 bunch spinach
few mint leaves
2 tsp green coriander chopped
2 green chilies chopped
1/4 tsp ginger paste
cup onion paste and tomato puree
salt to taste

Turmeric powder and red chili powder both as per taste

Make a thick batter by mixing all the ingredients of the koftas except oil. Heat oil in a pan and fry small koftas.
Recipe-
For gravy, grind spinach, mint, green coriander, green chili and ginger in a mixer. Heat oil in a pan and sprinkle cloves and bay leaves. Add onion paste and fry in a pan till it leaves oil. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry. When the masala starts leaving oil, add spinach paste and 1 cup water and cook. Before serving, heat the gravy and add salt and koftas. Serve garnished with fresh cream.
