Ingredients for making Aloo Samosa-
-1/2 kg potatoes

For dough-
-1/2 kg flour
-50 (ml) ghee or oil
-5 grams celery
-salt
-Water
- Oil for deep frying

For tempering-
-50 (ml) ghee
-5 grams cumin
-5 grams turmeric
-3 grams red chili
-10 grams of green chilies
-10 grams ginger
-10 grams garlic
-1 lemon
-10 grams of coriander leaves
-salt
-100 grams of green peas
-10 grams chaat masala powder
-5 grams fennel
-5 grams garam masala
-25 grams of cashew nuts

Method to make Aloo Samosa-
To make potato samosa, first, boil the potato and mash it after removing its skin. Chop green chili, garlic, ginger, and green coriander. Now mix all the ingredients given for the dough except water and mix it well. Now sprinkle some water and knead a tight dough with it. After this keep this dough aside for ten minutes. According to the size of the samosa, divide the dough into small portions. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry cumin seeds in it.

After that add garlic and fry it. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry for five minutes. Add this mixture to the potatoes. Roll each small part of the dough into a round and cut it into half a round. Now apply water to the edges of the half-rounded dough and hold it in your hand.
