How to prepare ginger tea?

According to Dietician Ayushi, ginger tea can prove to be very effective in melting belly fat. Let us first know how you can prepare this herbal tea in your kitchen.

Ingredients

Water - 1/2 cup

Milk - 1/2 cup

Tea leaves - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric or Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Small cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon

Cloves or Clove powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Method of making tea

First, boil water in a saucepan and mix milk, tea leaves, and small cardamom in it. Add ginger powder to it after a while. Cook it on low flame for about 15 minutes. Now turn off the gas flame and strain the tea with the help of a strainer and serve in a cup.

How does ginger tea reduce weight?

People who drink a cup of urad tea daily, their digestion remains healthy and their metabolism gets boosted, both these things are necessary to reduce weight. Iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, folate acid, fatty acid, fiber, and sodium are found in ginger, which is beneficial for the body in every way. Keep in mind that do not mix sugar in ginger tea, otherwise, there may be harm instead of benefit.
