1 cup Rajgir flour
2 potatoes (boiled)
2 teaspoons green coriander (finely chopped)
Half cup wheat flour
Rock salt as per taste
Half teaspoon black pepper powder
Half cup sago flour
How to make Paratha for fast?
To make Vrat Wala Paratha, first of all, take potatoes.
Then peel the potatoes and keep them in the cooker to boil.
After this, mash the boiled potatoes well in a bowl.
Then knead the dough by adding flour and all the other spices to it.
After this, put chopped coriander in it and keep the dough for about 10 minutes.
Then make balls of the prepared dough and roll them.
After this, you put the paratha on the griddle and put on a light flame.
Then you bake it well by applying ghee from both sides.
