Tasty halwa will be made from flour and jaggery

In the harsh winter, flour and jaggery pudding is very beneficial for our health. It is easy to make and also gives warmth in winter. Let us know the recipe of making halwa.

Material

  • Flour- 2 bowls
  • Jaggery- 1 bowl
  • Ghee- 2 tbsp
  • Water- as per need
  • Dry fruits – 1 bowl grated
  • Makhana- 1 bowl
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • White sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut flakes – 1 bowl

Make halwa like this

  • First of all, take a pan and heat ghee in it.
  • Now add sesame seeds and then flour and fry it well.
  • When the flour is roasted, add coconut powder to it and let it brown.
  • Now add water to it and let it cook well.
  • When the halwa comes to a boil, break the jaggery into pieces or pulse it tightly.
  • Now cook it on low flame till it boils well.
  • Cook the pudding for about 5 minutes and add cardamom powder, coconut powder and makhana.
  • Now after cooking it well on low flame for 15 minutes, turn off the gas and garnish with dry fruits on top.
  • Delicious halwa is ready.
