Ingredients required to make laddus

  • White sesame seeds – 2 cups
  • Ground dates in mixer – 1 bowl
  • Jaggery – 1 bowl grated
  • Ghee- 4 spoons
  • Ground dry fruits – 1 bowl
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • Coconut flakes – 1 small bowl

Method to make laddu

  • First of all, take a pan and add 1 spoon ghee in it and roast sesame seeds.
  • When the color of the sesame seeds turns golden, take it out again in a bowl.
  • Now again add 3 spoons of ghee in the pan, add sesame seeds, jaggery, cardamom powder, coconut powder, dates ground in mixer and ground dry fruits and mix well.
  • Now let them cook well.
  • When it is cooked well and the batter starts smelling, turn off the gas and put the ingredients in a plate or plate.
  • Now wet your hands a little with water and start making laddus.
  • When all the laddus are ready, keep them in an air tight container.
