Ingredients required to make laddus
- White sesame seeds – 2 cups
- Ground dates in mixer – 1 bowl
- Jaggery – 1 bowl grated
- Ghee- 4 spoons
- Ground dry fruits – 1 bowl
- Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
- Coconut flakes – 1 small bowl
Method to make laddu
- First of all, take a pan and add 1 spoon ghee in it and roast sesame seeds.
- When the color of the sesame seeds turns golden, take it out again in a bowl.
- Now again add 3 spoons of ghee in the pan, add sesame seeds, jaggery, cardamom powder, coconut powder, dates ground in mixer and ground dry fruits and mix well.
- Now let them cook well.
- When it is cooked well and the batter starts smelling, turn off the gas and put the ingredients in a plate or plate.
- Now wet your hands a little with water and start making laddus.
- When all the laddus are ready, keep them in an air tight container.
