Ingredients needed to make Sabudana Rings-
Sabudana 1 bowl
Peanut 1 bowl
Potato 2 (boiled)
Salt 1 teaspoon
black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
green chili 3-4
oil as needed (for frying)
How to make Sabudana Rings?
To make Sabudana rings, first of all, soak Sabudana.
Then grind the soaked sabudana with peanuts lightly in a mixie.
After this, add green chilies, black pepper powder, and salt to the paste.
Then you grind it well once more in the mixie.
After this, add mashed boiled potatoes and oil to the sago paste and mix.
Then you keep the prepared mixture for a while to set.
After this, put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.
Then put the sago paste in a polythene bag and cut it from the front.
After this, make round rings and put them in the pan of paste.
