Ingredients needed to make Rajma Chaat-
2 cups kidney beans boiled
2-3 potatoes boiled
1/2 cup chickpeas boiled
2 onions
2-3 green chilies chopped
1 tomato
1/2 cup green coriander leaves chopped
1 lemon
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp black
salt to taste salt
How to make Rajma Chaat?
To make Rajma Chaat, first of all, take kidney beans and chickpeas.
Then you wash them and keep them soaked in water overnight.
After this, you put Rajma, Chole, and Potato in the cooker the next morning.
Then you boil it by applying 4-5 whistles.
After this, wash the onions and tomatoes and cut them into fine pieces.
Then take out the boiled kidney beans and chickpeas in a vessel.
After this, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
After this, put boiled kidney beans, chickpeas, and potato pieces in a big pot.
Then you mix these three well.
After this, add finely chopped tomatoes and onions to it.
Then add finely chopped green chilies to it and mix.
After this add chaat masala, black salt, and salt as per taste and mix.
Then add lemon juice as required and mix it.
Now your delicious and nutritious Rajma Chaat is ready.
Then garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve.
